Avoid. My father bought a car from here and had a really poor experience. He is an elderly man in ill health and I feel they tried to exploit this. The car had a major failure within less than 300 miles of him completing. They tried to blame him yet it was clear from what we could see that this issue was already present. They tried to charge dad over 1000 to rectify it. When dad refused they agreed to pay toward it but in the process walked away from him when he went to discuss it and were ill-mannered. Citizens Advice and Trading Standards both advised him not to pay as the law was on his side. He was so stressed by the whole thing he paid before any of his adult children could get involved. So either this garage doesn't know the law or care. This is the most dad has ever spent on a car and now he just wants rid of it as it's tarnished by this experience. The garage has responded below however 3 mechanics from my father's side verified it could not have been caused in the miles my father had done in the car. My father paid 500 contribution (not a "small contribution" ) and they agreed to foot some of the bill after threatened with trading standards.

I have used this garage a couple of times over the years and will recommend them to anyone. Always beaten to part exchange prices from other garages. Excellent after care, sorting a minor issue right away with no hassle what so ever.
