Great service and a very good job would highly recommend this company
Had a reversing camera fitted a couple of months ago. Camera works well but the rear number plate holder that holds the lense is only put on with two small self tapping screws, as a result now when I close the boot one side comes out & leaves it hanging.
I have just had a first hand experience with a very bad tempered, inpatient , foul mouthed member of this Companys Staff. One of their staff was in a queue of traffic behind me while I was waiting to cross the very busy, dangerous A66, because he had to wait a few minutes he became inpatient and started pressing on his horn and being verbally aggressive. I got out my car and explained the road was busy, a friend of mine had been killed on this junction so obviously I was cautious, he continued his verbal attack and drove off. Not a very good advert for this Company.
I have recently had a Tracker unit fitted to my vehicle. I cant thank Gary ( fitter) and Alan (Managing Director) for their prompt, professional, and courteous service. What a breath of fresh air it is to find a company in this current economic climate that puts the customer first, and ensures that the customer is always kept informed and remains at the centre of the work undertaken. Well done Cygnal keep up the good work.
Top quality company, with high morals they have a team which install quality vehicle after market products. I have had a number of things installed by these guys and it's been perfection every time. I am always happy with there work. I arranged my install with a guy named Earl who kept me in the loop all the way.. the prices they charge are very reasonable for the quality of workmanship they provide.
